Garden Meadows is an intimate community of just four homes in a quiet, private setting in Vernon. Only one homesite remains, and our Ranch model home is complete and ready to tour.

Choose a Ranch, Cape or Colonial floor plan of roughly 2,000–2,700 square feet on a 0.63–0.84 acre homesite, with 3–4 bedrooms and 2–2.5 baths. Every home includes a custom kitchen with an oversized island, open-concept living with plenty of natural light, a gas fireplace, walk-in closets and a pantry, a full basement and two-car garage, a mudroom drop zone, a spacious laundry room, a front porch and your choice of deck or patio. Home offices, sunrooms and other upgrades are available.
